When standardized text is inserted, a trace—such as the model and parameters used—is recorded as Word comments. This trace can be used for third-party quality control (QC).
The table analyzed during the process is also stored as a file within the trace, allowing it to be viewed later in a browser.
By using this trace, the QC process can be standardized and performed electronically without printing. It also eliminates variation in quality due to differences in reviewers’ perspectives, enabling consistent quality control.
